The lack of mobility in a joint is the primary source of dysfunction within the body. If you sit at a computer for long periods of time or work in a physically demanding job, you may feel aches, pain, and stiffness every day. The best thing for healthy joints is movement. Healthy movement differs from person to person, as the compensation patterns that our bodies gravitate toward are unique to everyone.
Dr. Stacy designs Mobility Workshops to take you through a series of movements. These workshops help you tune into feedback from your body allowing you to identify and address common dysfunction, while implementing gentle and effective movements and self-corrections.The goal is to build a strong and healthy foundation that leads to a healthy body.
